Cambridge alumni successes at the 2019 World Rowing Championships

 

10 Cambridge rowers have been involved in successes at the World Championships, thus qualifying their boats for entry to the 2020 Olympics.

Former winners of Hawks’ Charitable Trust awards were:

Imogen Grant (Trinity, Blue 2017, 18) – GB Lightweight Double – Bronze medal

Holly Hill (Downing, Blue 2015, 16, 17) – GB Women’s Four – winners B Final

Melissa Wilson (Lucy Cavendish, Blue 2013,14,15,16) – GB Women’s Quadruple skulls – 6th in A Final

Ida Jacobsen (Newnham, Blue 2019) – Denmark Women’s Four – Bronze medal

Olivia Coffey (Homerton, Blue 2018) – USA Women’s 8 – Bronze medal

Renae Domaschenz (Darwin, Lightweight cox 2004) – Australia PR3 Mixed Four – 4th in A Final

Henry Fieldman (Homerton, Blue 2013) – GB Men’s 8 – Bronze medal

Patrick Elbe (Blue 2017) – USA Men’s 8 – 5th in A Final
