Joining

Hawks' membership is open to anyone who has represented Cambridge University in at least a Varsity 2nd team at a Full Blue sport (or better), subject to approval by the committee.

In practice, those wishing to apply should obtain an application form from the clubhouse during Clubhouse opening dates/times. The form requires various information about your sporting qualification and other details. Instructions accompanying the form state:

1 - Any Hawk may propose those with a Blue, Half Blue or Second Team Colours in a Full Blue Sport.

2 - The PROPOSER should complete the form, not the applicant.

3 - Only a member of the Committee may SECOND an applicant.

4 - The APPLICANT is responsible for acquiring at LEAST SIX signatures, PRINT and SIGN please as any illegible signatures will carry no weight, from a broad spectrum of our membership, i.e. not solely your own sport.

5 - Those applicants rejected may NOT re-apply.

Membership costs £20/quarter and affords you benefits at several Reciprocal Clubs in addition to the expected benefits of our own club and Clubhouse.
