For motorists from out of town, access to the multi-story car park on Park St is only from Jesus Lane (there is no access from Magdalene St). Jesus Lane itself is accessible only from Victoria Ave or Maids Causeway – there is no access from Emmanuel Rd. Note that charges for extended stays in any of the town centre car parks, including this one, are extremely high. There is a long stay car park at the top of Castle St – not well signed, it lies behind the Council offices. Alternatively use one of the Park and Ride facilities, which will take you into the Drummond St bus terminus. From there it is a short walk across Christ's Pieces, across King St to Jesus Lane, and thence to Park St.
